Monique is both an attorney and a serial entrepreneur. A native Angeleno, Monique was raised by an immigrant father who emphasized the power of hard work and persistence. She maintains a portfolio of investment properties in Downtown Los Angeles and has overseen millions of dollars in real estate transactions.

Monique's business savvy and Los Angeles upbringing give her both first-hand of the challenges entrepreneurs face on a daily basis and a large network of professionals who can aid her clients in overcoming those challenges. She believes in a holistic approach to practicing law that spans multiple practice areas. Monique further applies this approach as an adjunct professor for the University of Southern California where she teaches an undergraduate course in law and ethics.

Prior to founding The Rad Firm, APC, Monique founded her own solo practice, The Monique Rad Law Group, in 2012. She fostered the firm for one year and a half before choosing to expand her practice to more comprehensively serve her clients with ALL of their legal needs.

Before setting out on her own, Monique worked for a law firm in Los Angeles. There, Monique honed her skills in client communication, legal writing, negotiations and court appearances. Monique learned from seasoned litigation attorneys as they advocated for both big conglomerates and individuals.

Monique received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2011 and was admitted to the bar in December 2011. She earned her B.A. in Public Relations with minors in Business Law and Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California in 2008.

Outside the office, Monique enjoys laughing with her family and friends, playing with her dog Ace, traveling, creative writing and mentoring.
